Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Qelia (Joris Riviere, sole proprietorship in the process of registration), reachable at hello@qelia.io, is the controller of the data collected on Qelia.

2. Data collected

During the test: answers and response times to each item, self-assessment answers, and the profile information entered (first name, goal, field, age). When the result is delivered or on sign-in: an e-mail address. During training: exercises completed, scores, levels and active days. Technical: an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie, and server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

No payment card data is collected by the Publisher; payment is processed by Whop under its own policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Provide the test, compute the score and display the report (contract). Let you find your results through a sign-in link (contract). Send the result e-mail and, if enabled, training reminders (legitimate interest and consent, can be turned off at any time). Improve the statistical calibration of the test from aggregated, anonymised data (legitimate interest). Secure the service (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients and processors

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States, data hosted in the European Union, standard contractual clauses). Database: Prisma Data Inc. (Paris region). E-mail delivery: Resend Inc. (United States, standard contractual clauses). Payment: Whop Inc. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

5. Retention

Test sessions and results: 3 years after the last activity, then deleted or anonymised. Account and e-mail: until deletion is requested, or after 3 years of inactivity. Technical logs: 12 months.

6. Cookies

Qelia uses a single strictly necessary cookie (session identifier, 12 months) that lets you find your results. It is not used for advertising tracking and requires no consent. Browser local storage is used to resume an interrupted test.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them by writing to hello@qelia.io. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (CNIL in France).

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in a password-protected database, and sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.
